Any product order placed by a customer implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS).The customer will be immediately informed of any changes to the general terms and conditions of sale by an update on the site. The purpose of the present conditions is to define the terms and conditions of sale between the Seller and the Buyer, from order to delivery, including payment and use of the services offered.3. Products
The site offers lingerie sets consisting of tops and bottoms, as well as a few pieces of nightwear. The descriptions of the products available online are provided as accurately as possible. Product photographs have no contractual value.Offers are subject to availability. In the event that the buyer has been charged for the purchase of an unavailable product, the seller undertakes to reimburse the buyer by the same method of payment within 14 days.
4. Awards
Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and exclude delivery charges. The Vendor reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time the order is validated.5. Control
The Buyer may place an order on the website. Validation of the order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.The buyer's personal data collected by the seller is used solely for the purpose of processing the order and issuing the invoice.
The salesman is held by the strict respect of the law of January 06, 1978 relating to the files, data processing and freedoms.
Confirmation of the purchase by clicking "order" constitutes proof of acceptance of the product and the GTCS.
6. Payment
Payment can be made by credit card or by any other means offered on the site. Payment is due at the time the order is placed. In the event of refusal by the bank, the order will be automatically cancelled.Once the order has been accepted, an e-mail will be sent to the buyer with a summary of the basic elements of the order.
7. Delivery
Products are shipped from France to all European countries. Delivery is free for orders of €100 or more. For orders below this amount, delivery charges will be specified during the order process. Delivery times vary according to the country of destination and are indicated at the time of ordering.8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, without having to justify his/her reasons or pay any penalties. Items must be returned in their original, unworn and unwashed condition. Return shipping costs are at the Buyer's expense.9. Claims and warranty
All products supplied by the Vendor benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. It is the Buyer's responsibility to check the conformity of the products. In the event of non-conformity of a product, the Buyer may return it, at the Seller's expense, for exchange or reimbursement.10. Data protection

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after attempting to find an amicable solution, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent French courts.12. Force Majeure
