1. Bust measurement: In front of a mirror, keep your shoulders down and your back straight, then place a tape measure horizontally under your bust. If necessary, ask someone to help you.

2. Chest measurement: In the same position, place the tape horizontally at the point of your breasts, without tightening it too much.

Example: Your bust circumference measures 74 cm, and your chest circumference 86 cm, so you're a size 90A.
