Exclusive to Close to You loyalty programme members

By taking part in the GOLDEN BUNNY promotion (hereinafter the "Golden Bunny"), each Participant agrees to comply with all the provisions of these Rules.

Failure to comply with these Rules will result in the Participant's entry in the Golden Bunny being declared invalid.

Article 1. Golden Bunny Organiser

These Rules govern the terms and conditions of the Golden Bunny organised by Muse, registered with the Marseille Trade and Companies Register under number 878 760 495, whose registered office is located at 167 Rue Paradis, 13006 Marseille, France (hereinafter "Scandale").

The Golden Bunny is organised under the sole responsibility of Scandale in accordance with the terms set out below.

Article 2. Conditions of Participation

2.1. Eligible Participants

The Golden Bunny is open to any natural person aged 18 or over with legal capacity to contract, acting for personal and non-professional purposes, and who is a member of Scandale's "Close to You" loyalty programme (hereinafter the "Participants").

Each entry into the Golden Bunny is subject to the validation of a purchase made on the Scandale website available at https://scandale.com (hereinafter the "Website") between 10 August and 16 August 2026 inclusive, regardless of the delivery destination, provided it is one of the countries listed on the Website.

2.2. How to Participate in the Golden Bunny

Each order placed on the Website between 10 August 2026 and 16 August 2026 by Participants includes a scratch card (hereinafter the "Golden Bunny") which may award one of the following prizes, limited to a total of thirty-one (31) Golden Bunnies distributed across the different territories as follows:

  • Countries listed on the Website excluding the United States and the United Kingdom:

    Fifteen (15) Golden Bunnies: five (5) €100 vouchers, five (5) €80 vouchers and five (5) €40 vouchers, each valid for three (3) months from the date of activation. To activate the voucher, winners must contact Scandale Customer Care by email at care@scandale.com before 30/09/2026.

  • United States:

    Ten (10) Golden Bunnies: four (4) €100 vouchers, four (4) €80 vouchers and two (2) €40 vouchers, each valid for three (3) months from the date of activation. To activate the voucher, winners must contact Scandale Customer Care by email at care@scandale.com before 30/09/2026.

  • United Kingdom:

    Six (6) Golden Bunnies: three (3) €100 vouchers, two (2) €80 vouchers and one (1) €40 voucher, each valid for three (3) months from the date of activation. To activate the voucher, winners must contact Scandale Customer Care by email at care@scandale.com before 30/09/2026.

Article 3. Liability

Scandale shall not be held liable if, in the event of force majeure, it is required to cancel, extend, postpone or modify the conditions of the Golden Bunny promotion. No liability may arise as a result.

Golden Bunnies may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash at the request of the winning Participant.

Article 4. Personal Data

As part of Participants' participation in the Golden Bunny promotion, Scandale processes certain personal data relating to Participants.

4.2. Description of Processing Activities

Participation in the Golden Bunny promotion

Data collected:

  • Data collected when creating a customer account and registering for the "Close to You" loyalty programme: title, first name, last name, date of birth, email address, telephone number, password, newsletter preferences, loyalty points, delivery and billing addresses, wish lists and referrals.
  • Data collected when placing an order: ordered products, first name, last name, delivery and billing addresses, telephone number, delivery method, order history, payment history, communications relating to the order and delivery, after-sales service and any complaints.
  • Data collected to activate the prize associated with the Golden Bunny: first name, last name, Golden Bunny number and correspondence exchanged with Customer Care.

Purpose of processing: organisation and management of the Golden Bunny promotion.

Legal basis: performance of the contract constituted by these Rules.

Retention period: the winning Participant's personal details are retained until the Golden Bunny vouchers expire and are then archived separately for a maximum period of five (5) years.

4.3. Recipients of Personal Data

Personal data may be disclosed by Scandale, solely for the purposes described above, to its employees, service providers responsible for managing the Golden Bunny promotion and IT service providers responsible for managing data and promotional offers, where applicable.

4.4. Participants' Rights Regarding Their Personal Data

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), Participants have the following rights, subject to the conditions laid down by applicable legislation:

  • Right of access: to obtain confirmation as to whether their personal data are being processed and to receive information relating to such processing;
  • Right to rectification: to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected;
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): to obtain the deletion of personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or where they object to the processing of their personal data. This right does not apply in the situations provided for under Article 17(3) of the GDPR. In particular, it cannot be exercised while a contract is still being performed or where data must be retained for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
  • Right to restriction of processing: to obtain restriction of processing, particularly where the accuracy of the data is contested or where the retention period has expired but the data must still be retained for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
  • Right to data portability: to receive the personal data provided in a structured, commonly used and readable format;
  • Right to object: to object at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to processing based on Scandale's legitimate interests, unless compelling legitimate grounds exist;
  • Right to withdraw consent: to withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal;
  • Right to lodge a complaint: to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) if they consider that the processing of their personal data infringes applicable legislation;
  • Right to define instructions regarding the use of their personal data after their death.

Article 9. Governing Law

These Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute relating to the performance or interpretation of these Rules that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts.
