Close to You is a simple, generous loyalty programme designed to bring us closer to you, where every euro spent on the website earns you 1 loyalty point.

Depending on the number of points you collect, you will belong to one of 4 tiers: PURPLE, BLACK, WHITE or GOLD, unlocking a world of unique rewards.

The loyalty programme is available exclusively online at scandale.com.

Membership is free and available online only. Your membership will be confirmed once all required information has been provided and you have agreed to the terms and conditions.

Each tier gives you access to unique benefits and rewards. To view all the benefits available for your tier, go to the “Loyalty” section of your customer account.

The PURPLE, BLACK, WHITE and GOLD tiers are determined by the amount you spend.

With each new purchase, you earn loyalty points that allow you to maintain your tier and its associated unique benefits and rewards, or move up to a higher tier.

Based on the rule that €1 spent = 1 loyalty point earned, you will need to accumulate:

• 300 points to become a BLACK member
• 700 points to become a WHITE member
• 1,500 points to become a GOLD member
  

You will be notified by email whenever your status changes.

€1 spent = 1 loyalty point earned.

You can also earn points by completing certain actions:

• 20 points on your first purchase
• 20 points for signing up for the Scandale newsletter
• 30 points on your second purchase of €120 or more
• 10 points when you follow us on Instagram via the loyalty page under “How can I earn points?”, provided you are logged into your account.
  

To reward your loyalty, moving up to a higher tier also earns you points:

+50 points when you reach BLACK status,
+100 points when you reach WHITE status,
+150 points when you reach GOLD status.

As soon as you join the loyalty programme, your purchases and actions are taken into account and you start earning points.

Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for discounts or experiences.

Your accumulated points expire after one year of inactivity on your loyalty account.

If you decide to return or cancel your entire order, the loyalty points earned on that order will automatically be cancelled (including any points initially earned on delivery charges).

However, if you decide to return or cancel part of your order, only the loyalty points earned on the items concerned will be cancelled.

Depending on your status and its associated benefits, your delivery charges will automatically be waived at checkout. Simply make sure you are logged into your account so that your status can be identified.
